Last week Penrith's Q Theatre lost its store of costumes and props when a fire gutted its production store. This week a dispute which has been simmering between Egil Kipste, the Q's newly appointed artistic director, and the Q's board has flared up resulting in Kipste's resignation after only four months in the position.
