Naples, early 1980s: Aldo and Vanda are a newly married couple who, moved by love and the desire for independence, decide to get married at a very young age. Thirty years later they are still married but something in their marriage has changed. Aldo feels suffocated, believes he has lost his freedom and is attracted to a young student. Determined to live this adventure, Aldo abandons his life in Naples and escapes to Rome even knowing that his place is alongside his family. A detective story about feelings, a story of loyalty and infidelity, of rancour and shame.
