A report on a protest meeting about the Penrith Council's development of a new Cemetery for the area. The report mentions its initiation 8 years previously, and states that 10 acres were originally selected at Penrithville, near Bringelly Road, which was now part of St Marys Municipal Council. It was agreed that a site near residences was unsuitable and that Mr Lees should be approached to organise a deputation to the Government.
