Before Mr Single & Dr Bond. Christopher Humboldt & James Livingstone were charged with illegally occupying a hut on a Crown Reserve at Katoomba on 27 February last. Fined 20s each, 4s 6d costs, or 14 days in gaol. Thomas Harford, junior, was asked if had any cause to show why he had not given up possession of the house he occupied to Mr Harford, as agent for Mr Harris. Ordered to be given up within 7 days. The order to lie in the office for that term.
