Paragraph tells of injuries received by a tight-rope walker, William Jackson during a performance at Rockdale. Jackson was well known in the Penrith district as being the first local resident to attempt this dangerous feat. Jackson first started at Mulgoa Forest, then later gave several performances in Penrith. After that he was a photographer and more recently an undertaker.
