This report was commissioned by Penrith Rugby League Club limited in November 2001 to prepare the economic impact and economics needs relating to the planned Panthers walk expansion of the Panthers club.

Aims to consolidate the existing work that Council is undertaking to cool the city. Tree planting and landscaping programs such as the Great River Walk, The Nepean River Vegetation Management Plan and re-design of the Civic Arts Precinct all assist.
