A series of concept drawings, plans and maps illustrating the vision for the Bungarribee Precinct and Doonside Residential Parcel within the Western Sydney Parklands.

Report produced as the result of a request for further information from the Department of Urban Affairs and Planning, Development and Infrastructure Assessment Branch regarding issues arising from the Environmental Impact Statement of May 2000.

Extensive consultations involved Council officers responsible for the report, a wide range of regional community organisations and specialists in the environmental themes.

This profile has been prepared to assist in the preparation of a regional vision and planning framework for Western Sydney.

The Western Sydney Regional Organisation of Councils is a voluntary association of nine local government bodies in the western area of Sydney and the Prospect County Council.

The thematic history is broken up into chapters and refers to the heritage items that can illustrate the stories within that chapter.

A study of the distribution, management and values of remnant bushland on the Bringelly Shales, Ashfield Shales and Tertiary Sediments in the Blacktown, Camden, Campbelltown, Fairfield, Hawkesbury, Holroyd, Liverpool, Penrith and Wollondilly Local Government Areas.
