Report commissioned by Penrith Lakes Development Corporation (PLDC) to prepare a Statement of Heritage Impact to assess the impact on Aboriginal archaeological sites and cultual heritage by the proposed urban development.

Statement of heritage Impact for conservation of a single storey timber structure which is listed under Penrith City Council's Heritage LEP. The timber cottage, built around 1910 for the Andrews family, was the homestead for a dairy farm and orchard.

This statement has been prepared to heritage assess the buildings and surrounds. The property is to be redeveloped and the owner seeks the removal of the cottage.

The site, owned by Manildra Flour Mills Pty Ltd comprises 316ha adjoining the boundary of Penrith and Fairfield with access to The Horsley Drive. Document relating to the land being rezoned from rural to Rural/Residential use. The subdivision is for the Mt Vernon estate.
