Ths report was prepared to accompany the development application for residential subdivision. It describes and identifies potential impacts on the flora and fauna of the proposed development.

Research undertaken for EDAW (Australia) Pty Ltd. The proposed Bio Park (5 hectares) was to enhance the natural features of the present site. Purpose of this report is to assess the significance of the flora and fauna species present.

The area under survey was Xavier College in Cranebrook, the Flora and Fauna assessment report addresses the natural environment and the likelihood of adverse impact to the local flora and fauna.

The area under survey was the existing Corpus Christi School site and the existing and proposed extensions to the temporary Xavier College facilities. The site is bounded by the Northern Road, Andromeda Drive and Goldmark Crescent.

This assessment determines if future commercial development (off Mulgoa road) of the site is likely to have a significant effect on threatened species or endangered ecological communities. No threatened were observed.
