In areas like Western Sydney, where youth unemployment has reached epidemic proportions, local and regional authorities are concerned to identify the factors influencing youth employment prospects in the region.

The Directory supports the way in which Council works developmentally with services working with others in the in the community to assist in the development of new services and resourcing existing services.
