Report on local area traffic management for Precinct 1 South penrith residential subdivision

Investigation and assessment to determine suitability for urban development, with specific consideration given to geotechnical surface and subsurface conditions, slope instability and soil erosion risks and the potential for soil contamination.

This report established the need for an indoor heated swimming facility at both Penrith and St Marys. Looked at function and requirements, technical review, cost estimates and market admission fees in conjunction with heating the water.
