This report accompanies a development application to Penrith City Council for a mixed use development at St Marys.

Residential development is proposed for this site. The site formed part of the St Marys Tannery 1880-1920 owned by Andrew Thompson. It is recognised as a major contributor to the growth of St Marys.

Information on implementation of these strategies is establishment of an integrated planning framework for the catchment to facilitate decision making from a system-based view of the catchment.

This report has been prepared on behalf of the owner of the site in the context of a development application submission for minor alterations and change of use at their property. It is to be read in conjunction with the Schedule of Conservation Works and 20 Year Costed Maintenance Plan.

Statement of heritage Impact for conservation of a single storey timber structure which is listed under Penrith City Council's Heritage LEP. The timber cottage, built around 1910 for the Andrews family, was the homestead for a dairy farm and orchard.
