The purpose of this report is to assist in planning for the regional park.

Conservation management plan objectives are to review and update plan, establish and re-assert the cultural significance of the cemetery, formulate policies for its management and maintenance and repair and conservation of the gravestones (headstones)

This plan was prepared for the owner of the property, Paul McDonald, to accompany a development application for the re-use of the Emu Hall site for a restaurant and event venue. Emu Hall was built by James Tobias (Toby) Ryan around 1852.

Conservation plan for Mimosa, St Marys, the home of local tanner and businessman, Andrew Thompson. The house remained with the Thompson family until it was sold to Lorna Day in 1954 who then transferred it to the Chamdler family who sold it in 2014.

The purpose of this report is to determine the cultural significance of the former St Marys Council Chambers. The building was completed in 1934 and altered in 1950 and 1960. The building ws designed by Carfrae Sydney and built by the Ellis brothers.

The concrete cottage at Emu Plains was designed and built by E. G. Stone in 1909. It was built as a residence for the chief clerk. It was the first house built of reinforced concrete in Australia.
