A series of reports relating to the possible future development of the Australian Defence Industries (ADI) site at St Marys.

This plan applies to certain land in the region declared under the Act that is known as the Sydney Region and is within the Blacktown City and Penrith City local government areas. The location and boundaries of the land are shown on the Zoning Map.

This report are to address the issues relevant to South Creek and more specifically the ADI site and St Marys munitions facility development occurring in the western sector. Existing water supply and sewerage infrastructure is generally old and of limited

Reports on the comprehensive community consultation programme undertaken by Kinhill which was designed to gather information on issues considered important to the community regarding redevlopment of the ADI site.

The aim of the proposals is to maximise the contibution made by development of the site to economic development and emlopment generation in Western Sydney.

The objective of the study is to identify efficient ecologically sustainable strategies for the delivery of physical services adequate to satisfy the demands generated by this development.
