Plans show proposed buildings, car parks, and sports fields and potential future pedestrain / cycle access from the ADI site. Plans are part of the Statement of Environmental Effects to accompany a development application to Penrith City Council.

Map includes a site plan which shows all proposed buildings and a landscape plan which gives details of proposed tree and mass plantings as well as the existing trees.

Plans show a site plan, the preliminary drainage, sewerage, pavement plans as well as the erosion and sediment control plan for the school grounds.
