This is the NSW Government's report card to the people of NSW, charting the delivery of all sporting facilities and venues for the 2000 Olympic and Paralympic Games and the redevelopment of Homebush Bay

Annual reports covering what is know about the local environment of Penrith and to help inform the local community. They provide an indication of the quality of Government, industry and community groups in the planning and management of Penrith.

Covers the period July 2006 to June 2007. Addresses the condition of the environment in respect of 8 identified environmental themes, emphasising management plans, projects, and impact of council activities. Required by the Local Government Act 1993,

Boyces & Cranebrook lake recreational and community facility project is an exciting new development for the Penrith Lake Scheme and will showcase new concepts in commuity infrastrucure development and healthy lifestyle.

Prepared as part of a development application under Sydney Regional Environmental Plan No 11 - Penrith Lakes Scheme. It consolidates existing planning consents and seeks to obtain approval for changes to transport operations.

Development site is located within Erskine Park employment area on eastern side of Mamre road just souther sector of Erskine Park. The EPES was identified by Penrith City Council in the early 1990's as being suitable for industrial development.
