The purpose of this report is to summarise the outcomes of the pilot project which trialed negotiated arrangements between the department of family and community services and 8 local councils in New South Wales.

Outlines a wide range of issues and possible directions for the future in NSW. Builds on the achievements of earlier strategies, outlines the benefits of an integrated and collaborative approach to biodiversity conservation and asks for community input.

Sets out the findings of research which provides clear evidence about the current use of public libraries and public attitudes to libraries in England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland.

Develops and inventory of the biodiversity in its catchments and areas affected by its operations and adopts policies and programs to maintain biodiversity

The State Plan sets out the goals the community wants the NSW Government to work towards. It identifies priorities for Government action that will help achieve each of these goals over the next ten years
