Identifies the effects that may result from the establishment of new controlled airspace and the rearrangements of aircraft routes which that may entail for a major civil airport.

Presents an outline of the conditions currently prevailing at Bankstown, and to highlight the feasible development options to increase flight capacity. It also offers comments on the value of pursuing such options.
