Papers presented at a forum presented by theWollondilly Phosphorous Action Campaign, begun in response to increasing blue-green algae blooms throughout the Wollondilly River catchment. Looked at challenges and ways of combating the problem.

The Minister for Natural Resources established the Blue-Green Algae Task Force to minimise algal problems statewide during the 1991/92 summer, and to provide recommendations for actions and policies to minimise the occurrence and extent of blue-green algal blooms in the medium and longer terms.
