The draft Penrith City Centre vision builds on the City's existing strengths and sets the City up for future growth. Penrith is part of a network of 6 key regional cities.

Developed to strengthen the regional position of the Penrith City centre as a multifunctional and innovative centre that encourages employment and economic growth, and provides the planning framework for Penrith to fulfill its role as a regional city.

This report forms a combined rezoning and development application in support of a proposed expansion of the Ampol sevices station site situated on the southern side of the Great Western Highway, St Marys.

To seek Council's approval for the rezoning of the subject land from special uses (was Penrith International Receiver station) to low impact residential development.
