Future employment generating opportunities are often affected by zoning, change of land use and actions taken in other LGA's. This document looks at the existing land in Penrith zoned for employment uses.

The REF was carried out to address proposed changes to the Tangara Maintenance Centre site at St Marys. It was envisaged to fill and reshape 24 hectares at the St Marys site.

Prepared for the proposed construction of a stormwater treatment wetland and improvements to Wetland 156, which is part of a project to restore the regionally significant wetland and adjacent critically endangered Cumberland Plain Woodland bushland.

Proposed centre is intended to provide, in addition to the surrender and adoption facility, kennels etc, opportunities to assist in the care and recreation of owner's canine and feline pets.
