The Encore Historical Sewing Group chose as their new project in 2006 the making of the military uniform of Sir Maurice O'Connell, that he wore when he arrived in NSW in 1810.

Over 1,200 images tell the story of Malaysia through the eyes of the artists and photographers who witnessed and recorded it. The images provide a unique insight to the every day affairs of ordinary people as well as major events and personalities.

The Rev. Samuel Marsden's farm and homestead, Mamre, on South Creek is brought to life with historical facts and tales. It was built in the 1820's for Marsden's only surviving son, Charles Simeon and is now restored in keeping with its Georgian past.
