Archaeological Assessment of the Red Cow Inn Station Street, Penrith

This report presents an archaeological assessment of European heritage issues associated with four sites within the western precinct development of the ADI site at St Marys.

The relocation of the stormwater system that cuts through the corner of Jane and Station Streets, north of the Red Cow Inn was identified as potentially impacting upon archaeological remains associated with the former site of the Inn.

Commissioned by Penrith Council at the request of National Parks and Wildlife Service.

This report is part of the Cumberland Plain management study and was prepared for the NSW National Parks and Wildlife Service.
