Stanley Johnson worked at the munitions factory from 1969 through to 1992 in various roles including factory inspection and auditor. At one period, Stanley was employed by the Army to work at the factory as an instructor.

Tom Russell worked at the Munitions Filling Factory in various roles between 1952 and 1973. Tom started as a Chemist Grade 1, became an engineer and completed his years at the factory as the Assistant Manager in charge of all engineering functions.
