Collection: Local DVD

A multimedia storytelling project. Eight short films exploring family histories, local stories and personal reflections. The project ran a series of workshops in recording family and local stories.

Tells the story of how the crisis facing the Nepean-Hawkesbury river system has come about. Examines the impact our city lives have on the natural world around us. Suggests means to ensure the river's recovery.

The first Dad and Dave talkie. The film was directed by Ken G. Hall (his first feature) and derived from the stories by Steele Rudd. Partly shot at Minnaville Castlereagh.

This DVD tells the story of Penrith City Council's plan to take the City into the future through its Strategic Plan 2005-2009. The DVD is comprised of a number of informative menus including a picture gallery of penrith's history.
