Written to determine the most appropriate agency to administer the Sydney International Regatta Centre (SIRC), establish an efficient management structure, establish a Strategic Business plan and business direction for the SIRC.

Outline all aspects of the development of the Family Resource Centre over the next two years. The plan outline the management structure and work plan of the Centre. Penrith, Blue Mountains and Hawkesbury LGAs are covered.

This report builds on and incorporates a number of major initiatives begun by the NSW Government to improve natural resource and environmental management within the Hawkesbury-Nepean hydrological catchment.

Addresses the longer-term needs of the City of Penrith by illustrting the extent of strategic research materials and data sets utilised by the managers of Council in order to facilitate the achievement of their strategic goals.

This report investigates alternatives and concludes that future development of the plant should be i stages of 25,000 EP each. The first ugmentation to be in 1981-82.
