Statement of heritage Impact for conservation of a single storey timber structure which is listed under Penrith City Council's Heritage LEP. The timber cottage, built around 1910 for the Andrews family, was the homestead for a dairy farm and orchard.

Residential development is proposed for this site. The site formed part of the St Marys Tannery 1880-1920 owned by Andrew Thompson. It is recognised as a major contributor to the growth of St Marys.
