This brick house and surgery was built by George Hope in 1910. The third doctor to live there was Dr Day, who later purchased the property. The house has been extended and the verandah is enclosed but the external detailing appears to be largely intact. In 2022, Mourilyan, has been boarded up with steel fencing around its perimeter.
