The buildings are situated at the western end of High Street, opposite Riley Street. The building on the left was occupied at the time by Snap Instant Printing. To the right is Penrith Radio, TV and Video Service and Penrith City Travel with a Dental Technician and La Boudeuse French Restaurant upstairs. In the 1920s, the site was occupied by Bill Bailey, bootmaker.
