William Plummer was born to James and Mary Ann Plummer in 1844. He married Priscilla Everingham in 1872. In 1899 he became landlord of the Tattersall's Hotel. He died in 1916. His mother Mary Ann Plummer was born in Towerdreth Cornwall England in 1822. She died in Bathurst in 1913 at the age of 91.
