Mulgoa Town Hall was built in 1891 and was formally opened in March 1892. It was used as a council chambers by Mulgoa Municipal Council from 1893 when the municipality was created until 1948 when the Mulgoa council was amalgamated into Penrith Municipal Council. This photograph was taken during the demolishing of the hall in 1975.
