Application by Noel Keith Paul to bring his property, on the corner of Brougham Street and Walkers Crescent under the Real property Act. The land was originally a Crown Grant to William Corderoy in 1851. It then passed to William Cornell and his family who owned the land until 1949 when it was purchased by Amelia Paul.
