Development application for the erection of two additional buildings, minor alterations to existing buildings and landscaping at Lewers Bequest and Penrith Regional Gallery Lot 4 DP504935 River Road, Emu Plains. This report considers the proposed development and outlines the findings of the assessment of the application. It addresses the main issues that have emerged in that assessment and those issues raised by adjoining residents at the on-site meetings. This report recommends that Council support the development subject to certain conditions, further consultation with adjoining residents at various stages of development, and further assessment of the parking provisions of the Gallery.
