The 1885 Victorian terrace house, seen on the right, is Broadville built by Eli Broad, a local businessman. It is a brick structure with semicircular door heads, tripartite semicircular windows heads to the ground floor, and french doors to the balcony. The verandah has a cast iron balustrade and trim.
