Children from the Mulgoa Mission, with their mothers visit the beach before they return to the Northern Territory. In 1942 25 mixed race aboriginal children were transferred from the Northern Territory to Mulgoa. They would live in the old rectory and attend local schools. The home was closed in 1949.
