Glenbrook Lagoon reserve is bounded by Lagoon Drive to the west, Haymet Street to the north, Glenbrook Road to the east and Skarratt Avenue to the south. It is spring fed and is the source of Lapstone Creek, which exits on the east side of the lagoon.
