A Popular Western Sydney eatery has revealed new plans for a multimillion-dollar proposal to build an expansive function centre at its bustling cafe and restaurant site. The owners of Emu Hall have submitted plans for a stage two expansion- earmarking plans for a weekend function centre adjoining its current dining precinct on the banks of the Nepean River at Emu Plains.
