Property probably belonged to William Cecil Gibson, who worked as a railway fettler and later served on St Marys Council. He married Margarita (Rita) Veness. Their children were Dulcie, Marion, Thelma, Allen, Ray, Barry and Cecil. Margarita also owned the property next door which had fowl houses on it. Lot 104 section G DP1573. Vol 2491 Folio 199. The house has now been demolished.
