This house positioned on Greendale Road and Peter Pan Avenue, was once leased by Norman and Helen Bangel. They were managing this building as the Peter Pan Cafe in the 1940s. It was called the Black Cat Cafe prior to the Peter Pan Cafe. On the 19th December 1940, the Nepean Times wrote that Norman Bangel pleaded guilty to conducting common gaming at the Cafe. Jack and Jane Crossman owned Peter Pan.
