Three members of Penrith Disabilities Resource Centre Incorporated have been placed on Penrith's City Council's Wall of Achievement. Penrith Disabilities Resource Centre is a local community organisation funded to provide an information, referral and advocay service to people with disabilities, their carers and families in the Nepean, Blue Mountains and Hawkesbury areas.
