Peter Kell Willis passed away peacefully 15th February 2018, late of Penrith and formally Blaxland. Loving husband of Jewel (dec). Proud father to Julie, Robyn, Allen and Ian. Aged 81 years. A funeral was held at the Grace Chapel, 61 Great Western Highway, Emu Plains on Tuesday 20th February 2018.
