The purpose of Technical paper 7 is to identify and assess the potential impacts of the project in relation to landscape character and visual impacts. It responds directly to the Australian Government Department of Climate Change, Energy, the Environment and Water (DCCEEW) guidelines and has been prepared with consideration of relevant legislation and guidance for environmental impact assessment, including matters of landscape and visual value. Technical paper 8 shows that the assessment identified the key impact associated with the Airspace and Flight Path Design on biodiversity values was wildlife strike leading to mortality, covered in Technical papers 4 and 5. This paper stated that there will be no other direct impacts on biodiversity values.
