DEMOLITION OF HOUSE ON CORNER OF STATION STREET & UNION LANE

Articles
It stands on the corner of Station Street & Union Lane - or what's left of it! Its elegant sandstone, cedar, glass & wrought iron have been carefully taken away to continue their useful life with other owners. Its original owners were the Coopers who built their mansion from sandstone received from John Jamison's Regentville home. The Coopers were followed by John Heron, then Nurse Doubleday with her private hospital, then Dr Peach, a dentist.
