This stretch of Ropes Creek ran through the back of the Cobcroft family property in Melbourne Street, Oxley Park. The young woman is Betty Trist (nee Cobcroft) with Nikky King, the daughter of Brian and Joan King. Mr Trist built this bridge which was located at the bottom of the paddock on the property.
