Kerry Lodge was built in the 1830s by Hugh Beatty (Beattie) on land originally part of John Lees grant. It would become the home of Dame Mary Gilmore. The house was altered over the years and would be destroyed by fire in December 1961. The car is a 1940 Mercury.
