In September this year Council received a presentation from Lend Lease which provided a detailed overview of their masterplan for the development of the ADI site. At this time Council resolved to establish a working party to provide a response to the masterplan. This report sets out the issues identified by the working party that Council should address in its future consideration of the matter.
