HomeCo intends to construct a new multi-level commercial precinct on the site of the old Masters building at 243 Forrester Road, adjoining the St Marys Leagues Club and Stadium. The new complex will include health and wellness services, veterinarian, childcare, a gym, and other retail, with on-site parking.
