Caroline was the wife of Vincent O'Farrell who had a bakery at 239 High Street Penrith from June 1938. The house was known as Avondell and was built by Michael Reid who established Nepean Bakery on the site next door. It was sold to William Walker who leased it to Vincent O'Farrell. The bakery became O'Farrell's Bakery. Caroline died on 26 January 1986 and is buried in the Penrith General Cemetery.
