A group of students learning the art of sheep shearing, whilst studying at Hawkesbury Agricultural College. The Hawkesbury Agricultural College, was located at Richmond, NSW and was established in 1891 as the Central Agricultural College. The name was later changed to Hawkesbury Agricultural College. In January 1989 it became the Hawkesbury campus of the University of Western Sydney. The identities of the men are not known. The postcard was published in the 1980s to raise money for the Stable Square Restoration Fund at the college.
