Arthur Downs and a member of the Wallacia Carry On Club take part in a fashion parade. The garden party was held at Combewood, as a part of the celebrations marking the Centenary of Local Government in Penrith. It included an old fashioned dress parade and the announcement of the winner of the Charity Princess Contest.
